Front Desk / Client Experience Specialist

We are a well-established martial arts and fitness school, in Marysville, WA seeking a super motivated, high energy, outgoing, ultra confident and friendly person for a part-time customer service / front desk position. We are looking for someone dedicated to being fit and living a healthy lifestyle.

Our ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, results-driven, responsible, presentable, articulate, motivated, tech savvy, self-starting and hard working. Microsoft Office skills a must! Reception and Sales experience a huge plus.

Description of Duties

• Answering phones
• Booking appointments
• Sales calls
• Customer service calls
• Entering and modifying memberships using web-based software
• Meeting and greeting clients
• Handling customers needs
• Light cleaning

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• At least 18 years of age
• High energy and very outgoing
• Excellent written and spoken communication skills
• Punctual, responsible and dependable
• Must enjoy working with families (children and parents)
• High school diploma
• Must pass Washington State criminal background check and all other requirements for your personnel file.
• Must be willing to submit to a drug test.
• Must have reliable transportation.
• Basic Adult & Infant CPR and First Aid training is a plus.

Often times you will be the first face a client sees or the first voice they hear when calling.

As such, you’ll be fully responsible for creating a flawless first impression when a new client calls or walks in the door, and maintaining excellent relationships with current clients.

Responsibilities include answering and returning calls, managing accounts for current, former and potential clients, conducting point of sale operations, enrolling new clients, responding to inquiries and more.

You must have fantastic phone skills, the ability to navigate both online and offline via computer, and superb communication skills.

Hours: 3:00-7:30pm Monday thru Friday / Weekends sometimes required. You must be ready to work and put in extra hours when needed.

Starting pay is $11.00-$13.00 per hour, depending on experience, with opportunities for increased hours, performance bonuses and raises after 30, 60 and 90 day evaluations.
